Party Points are issued by eFavormart. when you spend qualifying dollars, earn member rewards or complete certain tasks at eFavormart. In order to earn Party Points you must be a member of the eFavormart Rewards program <sign up now>.

*Qualifying dollars are the amount you spend on any regular order that hasn't been returned or refunded.

*Member rewards like Welcome Gift,Birthday Gift,or Member Anniversary.

The amount of Party Points you earn depends on your Member Tier.

• Party Person: 2 Party Points per $1 spent* 
  Spend $50,get 100 Party Points. 

• Party Planner: 4 Party Points per $1 spent*
  Spend $50, get 200 Party Points 

• Party Pro: 6 Party Points per $1 spent*
  Spend $50, get 300 Party Points. 

After you place your order, Party Points are added to your account as “Pending”. Fifteen days after your order ships, your Party Points status will be updated to “Issued” and can be redeemed for Party Cash in 500 points.

If you return items while your Party Points are “Pending” they will be adjusted. If you return items after your Party Points are “Issued”, the system will deduct them from your Party Point balance.

• Normal Party Points: As long as your account is active, your Party Points without expiration dates will remain in  your account and can be used at any time. If you do not make a purchase within three years, your Party Points will reset to zero.
• Special Party Points: These Party Points are subject to specific validity period and will expire.

There are three situations in which your Party Points may be deducted:

• Automatic Redemption: Every time you accrue 500 Party Points, they will be  automatically redeemed for Party Cash which is added to your Party Wallet and  deducted  from your Party Points balance.
• Expiration: Party Points don’t have an expiration date. However, special Party Points earned from campaigns may expire. If they do, they will be deducted from your Party Points balance, and you can check the details in the Expiration tab*Reminder: Your points will be reset to zero if no purchases are made within 3 years.
• Order Returns: If your order is returned after being fulfilled, the corresponding Party Points will be retracted from your balance by the system.

Party Cash is eFavormart’s store credit. Each $1 of Party Cash is worth $1 USD and can be applied directly to your order total on the checkout page.

You can earn Party Cash by automatically redeeming every 500 Party Points ( 500 Party Points = $5 Party Cash ). In other words, you will accumulate Party Points before you can redeem them for Party Cash.

All your Party Cash will be stored in your Party Wallet , which functions as a digital wallet. You can view your Party Cash transaction activity on the Party Wallet page.

If you don't see your Party Cash at checkout, there may be two reasons:

1. You have no Party Cash available, and your Party Wallet balance is zero.
2. You're using PayPal or Google Pay for payment, which do not support Party Cash.

Normal Party Cash: expires in one year.

Special Party Cash: subject to a specific validity period.

Party Cash currently does not have a refund mechanism. If your order used Party Cash, it will not be refunded in the case of a return. 

Using Party Cash on Orders: When you use Party Cash at checkout, your order will be discounted  immediately, and after placing the order, the system will reduce your balance accordingly.

Expiration:

• Normal Party Cash : expires in one year.
• Special Party Cash : subject to a specific validity period.

Upgrading is simple—just reach the spending threshold within the current calendar year.

• Party Person: Register as an eFavormart member to join the loyalty program for free.
• Party Planner: Spend a total of $2,000 to be automatically upgraded to Party Planner.
• Party Pro: Spend a total of $5,000 to be automatically upgraded to Party Pro.

When you upgrade, the system will notify you via email. Please keep an eye on your inbox.

Your spending accumulation resets at the end of each year on December 31st, and the calculation starts over on January 1st. Yes, when you upgrade, your benefits will activate after a 14-day pending spend period. 

You can enjoy the benefits of your new membership level, but the rebate for your upgraded level will apply to your next order.

Example: On 8/19/2024, if your total spending is $1,900, and you make a purchase of $200, bringing your total to $2,100, your status will upgrade to Party Planner on the 15th day after the 14-day pending period. 

From that point on, all subsequent orders will earn a 4% rebate. The same process applies to upgrading to Party Pro.

Yes, after the 14-day spend pending period, if you return an order, the system will retract the corresponding spending amount from your total based on the return.
