Embrace the Seasonal Change with our Fall Table Decor

Since we were looking to set up a classy tablescape for a seamless transition from summers into the fall season, we decided to stick with a neutral color palette and incorporated textures in our fall table decor for a graceful appeal. Hence, we have swathed our beige slubby textured faux linen tablecloth on our table and paired it with a white chiffon table runner. Emulating the enticing bucolic look and texture of real burlap linen combined with the gorgeous sheen of smooth linen, our faux jute tablecloth has instantly added a ravishing rustic charm to the tabletop without permeating the unpleasant smell of natural burlap while the suave chiffon runner has brought a posh flair to our modern fall table decor. If you are not keen on concealing your intricately designed wooden table, you can also choose to skip out the tablecloth and opt for just our beige textured table runner instead, unfurling the white chiffon table runner on top to further accentuate the beauty of your sylvan table.

Tabletop Decorations

Once our linens were in place, we moved on to adorning our table with the treasures of fall to add an interesting seasonal charm to our fall tablescape. Because we knew that choosing any one element or centerpiece just wouldn’t do justice to the fall splendor, we ended up stylishly displaying everything we love about the season, from pine cones and stone fruits to foliage and of course pumpkins. After all, any fall table decor is practically incomplete without a bunch of pumpkins gracing the table, don’t you agree? Keeping our refined table setup in mind, we have gently snaked down a faux olive branch garland along the middle of our tablescape rather than setting it down straight to effortlessly add a chic flair. The clusters of reddish brown and green olives arranged with lightly frosted green leaves looked even more serene when we randomly scattered some long brown pine cones and a few glittered pine cones alongside the foliage garland blending in the rich earthy tones and textures in our beautiful fall table decorations.

However, when it came to decorating our tablescape with colored fake pumpkins, we decided to sparingly use mini orange and white felt pumpkins that imbued an elegant and sophisticated charm not to mention the stubby coarse appeal of the felt pumpkins that added heaps of texture (You can also pair your pumpkins with other fall fruits like pears, apples, and figs to creatively animate the table). Since we weren’t going for an ornate and flashy setup, we didn’t embellish the pumpkins with decorative accessories. But if you want you can also stud the pumpkin ridges with gold tacks or self-adhesive gold rhinestone gems for that extra bit of shine and glamour.

Not that our table needed anything else, but everyone knows that the warmth of the soft flickering candlelight is the perfect addition to fall dinner party table decorations. Thus, without giving it a second thought we aligned a couple of silver LED pillar candles in varying heights to cast a shimmering glow onto the tablescape. Our radiant metallic silver flameless candles not only emanated a scintillating lustrous allure but were also super convenient to use as they didn’t burn the surrounding silk foliage decorations or create any mess on the table.

Place Settings

Next on the agenda were the place settings for our elegant fall table decor. Since we wanted to incorporate harvest motifs to reinforce the fall theme, hunting down for chargers and dinner plates that strike a perfect match with our chic fall table decorations could have been pretty challenging if we didn’t have the luxury of choosing from the eclectic selection of exquisite dinnerware available on our online store. To begin with, our decorative glass chargers have set the stage for glorious harvest-inspired table settings. The lustrous silver and gold hues and the chic braided design of these clear round plates hinted of the golden beige wheat sheaves while the white disposable plates with intricately designed gold lace rims placed on top of the chargers added a dash of festive charm. Furthermore, with our white slubby textured faux linen napkins held together using gold-colored napkin rings perfectly complementing our table linen and white handled gold cutlery with gold rimmed flutes arranged on the side, our harvest-inspired place settings exuded class and sophistication like none other!

Additional Decorations

Though our table was all set and brimming with lovely textures, seasonal decorations, and metallic accents, we decided to go above and beyond with our fall dining room table decor and bedeck our walls and table chairs for a whimsical and idyllic flair. In order to elevate the rustic charm of our entire setup, we have decorated our wall backdrop with a burlap pennant flag garland which added an elegant yet charming touch to our otherwise plain and boring walls. Whereas, for our chair decor, we settled on adorning the chair backs with our taupe faux linen chair sashes for graceful and cohesive aesthetics.
