How to Make a DIY Teddy Bear Centerpiece
Step 1: Assemble The Base
Prep your base by gluing the balloon column stand onto a round silver plastic charger plate. Make sure the glue holds strong because this will support your base for the decorations you’ll add later. Then, attach the balloon pole after securing the base. Add more glue when necessary.
Step 2: Place the Foam Brick
